RETURN POLICY

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in our payment options section. American Pressure Systems reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

 

You can return any Non-Powered Equipment for any reason for a refund within 15 days of receipt. Qualified returned items must be in like new salable condition, with original materials and packaging. We require a Return Authorization Number (RMA). You are responsible for return shipping and initial shipping charges whether paid by you or were free as a American Pressure Systems promotion, are not refundable except in the case of defective merchandise. A 15% – 35% restocking fee may apply on returned items.  Custom built items are not returnable. NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS.

SHIPPING POLICY

Ground Freight is free with $199 minimum purchase within the continental 48 states (except trailer units).  

We do add a nominal Technology processing fee at checkout that is determined by destination location and accessibility. Thank you for your business.

Due to truck carrier residential delivery restrictions, non-commercial deliveries, with no dock or forklift may require customer pick up at the closest freight terminal. Customers may prefer optional delivery to the recipient’s residential address, with additional fees or when liftgate service is required. No Residential Fees will be charged for pick up at the closest carrier terminal. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks lead time on some Drain-Jetter trailer models.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not collect sales tax on sales out of Florida, as we do not have nexus in your state. You are responsible for sales tax within your non-Florida state.

 

Shipping Fees on All Trailers is Determined Upon Final Trailer and Components Added. Please allow up to 2 - 4 weeks lead time on some Pressure Washer and Drain-Jetter trailer models
